Sometimes it is students (or their parents) who realize that they are unclear or unsure of the next step along their career path. » Career Path Planning is designed to give an individual or organization a wider perspective of their work life. By helping high school and college students decide on appropriate courses of study, we can help ensure that their career gets off to a good start. Often individuals will finish their education and find after just a few years that they no longer have the same interest or passion for the work they're doing. Career Path Planning can help an individual transition from one line of work to another. Individuals who are returning to the work force after taking time off to start or rear a family, people relocating from different parts of the country and individuals who feel that a more ordered approach to their work life is indicated will benefit from Career Path Planning.
