Dr. Davidson's work with post traumatic stress received national attention after the Pacific Southwest Airlines disaster which left more than 140 people killed when a Boeing 727 plunged into the center of San Diego. For the first time, approximately 100 police, firefighters, paramedics, and other first responders to a major disaster were provided with pro bono, 100% confidential counseling services.

Since that time, our firm has strived to provide methods and systems which lessen the negative impact of stress on the worker and provide for a more enriched, healthy, and productive workplace.

By using our expertise in the behavioral sciences, we assist organizations' leadership and management with real-world, "take home" value solutions to the problems and issues which reduce our overall workplace efficiency.
